Democrats are facing the consequences of their support for illegal immigration. Congressional Democrats and Democrat mayors are complaining about the effect of illegal immigration on their communities and politics. This is in conflict with the progressive Democrat platform of open borders and sanctuary cities. However, will the strain of illegal immigration on social programs be enough to change the immigration policy of progressive Democrats?
