Republicans should support Red Flag Laws. When Red Flag Laws meet state and federal Constitutional muster, they are a good measure to reduce the opportunities for gun violence to occur. However, most Republicans believe Red Flag Laws are an infringement on Due Process and Second Amendment rights.
